Monkey Wizard Wu

Its about time I show another model of mine.. Smiling

When I was in Denmark for the Fan Weekend in Skaerbaek in the end of September I picked up a Master Wu Dragon:

Fetching set 70734-1...

Great set with nice parts - something I found especially useful when I decided to build an alternative model to it. In the end the following creature emerged:

He is a wise and old creature, wandering the wild lands, offering help and guidance to those in need. But don’t mistake him, if need be, his elemental powers will eradicate the enemy. Some say he’s a descendant of the old dragons that once ruled these lands with wisdom.

Lighting the UCS Millennium Falcon

I had a bit of a debate with myself about whether this should go in MOCs or sets, but decided the changes constitute a MOC, even if it's built on a set.

I've lit up the engine of my UCS Millennium Falcon:

It's done using a €2 20 LED set from a Euro store. I had to replace the 2x3 grey plates the trans-blue tile attach to with transparent parts (and as 2x3 clear plates cost a fortune, I built them out of 1x1s and 1x2s). After that, there was a bit of work to remove some parts that blocked the lights, and some internal parts to hold the wires in place.

City Pizza - updated

Pizza 1

Here's the pizza shop. I really don't have the plates to finish it up yet. I'd like to make the sidewalk/footpath match 10243. I like having the loo in there, but I think that it takes up too much room. I'd rather the tables be 4x4 or 4x6 and have the pizzas fit in the center without taking up the entire table.

Any thoughts?

Anyone have some black plates and smooth grey plates that they would like to sell?
