For awhile I'd been wanting to make another Class 80 train, particularly the yellow sandite, but the price of the old style train windows in yellow put me off. So I eventually decided to go ahead and make it without the proper windows. Sandite is a substance applied to the rails during autumn/winter. It operated as a 4 car set up until 2017.

This year again is Lego Speeder Bike Contest on Flickr - "The Battle for District 18".
At first I don't wanted to take a part, but I had an impuls and decided make just one speeder.
Something different.
This is my story.
"Even in District 18 we need a party!!!
Hire the clowns to color the grim life in the district 18. They will come for each birthday party, the youngest and the older ones.
For children there will be balloons, cookies and teddy bears.
For adults,.. It's scary to imagine what they have in these crazy colorful heads. : D"
I want to thank Gary for borrowing clowns for this model!!!

So in 1978 Kenner brought out the Star Wars Action Stand to display the first twelve of their figures. On the suggestion of Facebook User Reece Robinson-Jones, I thought it would be fun to build a LEGO version, complete with rotating turntables.

Watch the video to see how they rotate.
I've included a photo of the original from the web. I found the background card and printed it out at the correct scale to fit.
Of course, I had to give like a yellow lightsabre to match the original.
Some of you saw it at Brickx Fest.
Our hero must get to the huge plant to get a crystal.
Used my recent Lugbulk parts to create a version of Lisburn Goods shed, to add to the layout. The building is no longer standing. Though it should be two tracks wide and twice as long. Though to keep it inline with the rest of the layout I have greatly reduced the size. I also modelled in a different colour from the original.

Not sure if I'm doing this right but these are two of my 3 newest builds, still a bit to do but was excited to see them together tonight
NIR 104 was one of my favourite builds, so I decided to make it 7 studs wide rather than 6. NIR bought several of these from CIE in the late 80’s. Having some unused orange bricks I thought it would be nice to make one in my favourite CIE Livery. So now, I am going to have to add some Craven coaches to my ‘to build list’.
