Dear member
It finally seems that summer has arrived. Its a timely reminder that Brick Feile 2024, Ireland's premier event for LEGO fans, is fast approaching and we'll be on site at CityNorth Hotel in about 2 months. If you want to see what the brick.ie team has been up to this year, get stuck into our super-sized brick pits and participate in the FairyBricks mosaic build then don't miss out. Tickets are only available at https://www.eventbrite.ie/e/brick-feile-tickets-708431145627.
Of course, we've been busy with other events. Our inaugural fundraising event for Taney Parish in Dublin was a great success and we hope to be back next year. Prior to that we participated at a brilliant event in Bangor, Northern Ireland. Next up is a small expedition to the popular Cork Summer Show in June where we'll have some models and a new build activity this year.
Ireland's premier event for LEGO fans, Brick Féile is fast approaching. Returning on 15 and 16 July to CityNorth Hotel, if you don't want to miss what the builders from Brick.ie and their international friends have been up to, have the little ones create masterpieces from our massive brick pits and participate in Ireland's largest mosaic build challenge yet, avoid disappointment and reserve your tickets only at https://www.eventbrite.ie/e/brick-feile-tickets-443188959107
You can come and go as often as you like throughout the day to use the hotel's amenities. Also, carparking at the hotel is free.
This year we will have a Great Ball Contraption (GBC) for the first time ever, courtesy of Huw from Brickset. In addition to fantastic new displays from our members, including Ireland's first outing for the LEGO National Museum of Ireland, we will be premiering a group project inspired by Dublin Zoo.

Only a little over five weeks to go to Brick Féile, Ireland's premier event for LEGO fans.
Our brick.ie members have been busy creating lots of new models for brick.ie's flagship event on 15/16 July at CityNorth Hotel. With more brick.ie builders than ever before and our largest ever international contingent, which will include Great Ball Contraption (GBC) modules for the first time in Ireland, it promises to be a unique weekend. New models by brick.ie members include the National Museum of Ireland and a group project based on Dublin Zoo.
The Fairy Bricks team will be again on hand with their new mosaic challenge and super-sized LEGO and DUPLO brick pits for kids big and small. Our LEGO Certified Professional designed big build challenge returns for 2023 after the success of last year's giant duck build. Its so secret even we don't know yet what they have in store for visitors and our AFOLs alike!
The charity tombola is back where everybody is a winner.
Welcome to summer.
It doesn't quite feel like it yet but we've already kicked off some smaller events as our build team prepares for Brick Féile, Ireland's premier event for LEGO(R) fans later this summer. Last weekend we were in Belfast for a fundraiser for St Jude's Parish. We were so well looked after, we already have plans to return to Belfast, this time to St Marks Dundela on 4 and 5 November for another parish fundraiser. Check out the fantastic pictures on our Facebook page.
Before our big event, a small team will also be attending the Cork Summer Show in June for the first time. We'll be bringing some of our LEGO art and hopefully will get a chance to meet some of our Munster members in person.
Plans are well advanced for Brick Féile at CityNorth Hotel near Dublin Airport this 15 and 16 July. This is brick.ie's flagship event with many international builders supplementing our own experienced and talented team.
Hi all
This is a quick reminder that Brick Feile, Ireland's premier event for LEGO fans returns this weekend on 16 and 17 July to CityNorth Hotel which is 15 minutes from Dublin airport.
We will have the largest number of LEGO model exhibitors of any Irish event this year and will debut the new moonbase and theme park group projects also. The Fairy Bricks mosaic and giant brick pits will be back while the Emerald Garrison troops will keep us all in check. We will have competitions including a special one for adult fans interested in seeing more of the new LEGO store coming to Dublin. Brick.ie members will also be able to participate in a special 90th anniversary build at the event.
For ticket information check out Brick feile at eventbrite.
Dear brick.ie member
This is just a short note to advise that our flagship LEGO event Brick Féile returns to Citynorth hotel near Dublin airport on 16 and 17 July 2022, in aid of the charity Fairy Bricks which donates thousands of LEGO sets to Irish hospitals each year. In addition to featuring more Irish and international LEGO builders than ever before, we will welcome back the Fairy Bricks mosaic building challenge and Ireland's largest brick pits. If you were not at our previous Brick Féile event you can check out what it is like on our brick féile Facebook page.

Dear Member
Ireland's premier show for Irish LEGO® fans, Brick Féile is coming to CityNorth Hotel this 13 and 14 July. It is organised by brick.ie and on display will be some of the most fantastic LEGO® creations ever assembled at an Irish event. The event is in support of the charity Fairy Bricks which last year donated and delivered over £40,000 of LEGO® sets to Irish hospitals with further deliveries planned this autumn.
As it is brick.ie's 10th anniversary, we have plenty of surprises in store at Brick Féile including international model builders. All our Irish and international master-builders will be on hand to chat with you and divulge their latest tips and techniques.
We know everyone likes to get their hands on bricks. At Brick Féile we will have Ireland's largest brick pits where the little ones (and maybe the bigger children) can get stuck into our play areas to show off their building skills including an amazing Duplo® brick pit.
Just a reminder to all members that our only Dublin exhibition this year is currently taking place at Blackrock College, Dublin as part of the South Dublin Model Railway Club Exhibition. Opening hours are 11-5pm this Sunday and bank holiday Monday. We would love to see as many members as possible there and be sure to introduce yourself.
With the dust barely settled following a busy June when we exhibited models at both the Kildare County Show and Titanic Belfast we are already looking at next year. Some of our Cork based members have suggested in the past that we should have a meeting in Cork. As the option of doing an event in 2015 in Cork has presented itself we'd like to explore the possibility of holding a first meeting in Cork later this year so that Munster members can become acquainted with each other. If any Cork-based members are interested in attending an informal gathering in Cork to discuss all things LEGO and maybe the builders among you, your latest creations, please check out the events section of the brick.ie forum.
