Following the release of Barracuda Bay last year, I got the pirate bug and worked on these. I finally got around to uploading them today. First, a Bluecoat ship to challenge the pirates:

Next, this fort which uses the classic white and yellow colour scheme of the soldier outposts from the original Pirates sets. I thought this raised baseplate from the Knights' Kingdom II castle would be useful for pirate mocs if it was surrounded by water.

Finally, when I removed the ship sections of Barracuda Bay to build the ship itself, I decided to build a new base for the pirates on the empty islands taking inspiration from the original design of the set. While it may not be obvious in the photographs, the eyes of the skull light up.
